Terms and Conditions Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Setiap Hari Panen website and services operated by PT Setiap Hari Panen ("We"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with Indonesia's Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 and other applicable regulations.

Eligibility

Account Responsibility

Ordering and Payment

When placing an order through our platform:

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable VAT
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, e-wallets, and other methods available on the platform
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors are identified or stock is unavailable

Order confirmations are sent to your registered email address. Please review them carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

Delivery

As our products are fresh and perishable, please note the following:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and conditions
  • A recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, redelivery charges may apply
  • We use cold-chain logistics where applicable to maintain product freshness

Product Quality

We are committed to providing high-quality fresh produce. However, please be aware that:

  • Natural variations in size, color, and appearance are inherent to agricultural products
  • Product images on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from what is delivered
  • We adhere to Indonesian food safety standards and conduct quality checks before dispatch

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • We encourage you to contact our customer service team first for an amicable resolution
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may refer the matter to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Board (BPSK) in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 8/1999
  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
